GHG was founded on a simple conviction: that Africa's future — and much of the world's — will be written by empowered women, resilient communities and courageous partnerships across borders. From our headquarters in Nairobi and our European hub in Glasgow, we act as a trusted meeting place where policy, capital and community can come together on equal terms.
We convene high-level delegations, host multi-stakeholder forums, design flagship programs and deliver technical support to institutions committed to inclusive growth. Our team draws on decades of experience across diplomacy, development finance, public administration, enterprise and civil society — combined with deep grassroots roots across East, West and Southern Africa.
